The company was established in 1991 and within a few years had become one of the largest firms on the Czech and Slovak premix markets.
- 1991 – founding of the company – 3 manufacturing plants in the Czech Republic
- 1995 – new manufacturing plant opened in Nová Dědina near Olomouc
- 1995 – rebuilding of laboratory facility
- 1998 – modernisation of premix lines in Nová Dědina
- 1999 – enlarging the product line to include APORT dog food
- 2000 – launching the production and distribution of medicated feeds
- 2000 - ISO 9001 certification
- 2001 - complete modernisation of the Nová Dědina manufacturing plant
- 2001 – construction of new modern equipment for pet food production
- 2001 – enlarging the product line to include APORT and Hubert dog food
- 2002 – modernisation of the manufacturing plant in Nová Dědina completed
- 2002 – enlarging the product portfolio to include ČIČI cat food
- 2003 – registration of the production of veterinary drugs (HVLP), ISO 14001 certification
- 2004 – HACCP certification
- 2005 – complete modernisation of the laboratory in Nová Dědina, a new product in our dog food line – EMINENT premium
- 2006 – Tekrocid disinfection agents for stables and livestock put on sale
- 2008 – launching the production of EMINENT CAT - premium food for adult cat
- 2010 - IFS certification
